“If you’re not learning, you’re languishing”. I have a thirst for knowledge that can only be quenched with new information. That’s why I chose Coldwell Banker. Being able to help clients buy a home fast, or sell a home fast comes from the hours and hours of studying I put in to know about the real estate markets I serve.


Education and Training:

I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I have used that education to successfully market myself for the past 7 years as a full time actor. Now I’m using them to market some of the best real estate listings in New Jersey.


I was trained in Real Estate by Jose Garza at The School for Real Estate and Professional Development located in Jersey City. Reading the reviews, you will see that this is one of the top Real Estate schools in New Jersey. I passed the final exam with a 106/110 score. That was one point short of the class record.


Awards and Designations:

My first major award was in High School. My Junior year I won a DECA National Championship, beating out 12,000 other students for the trophy. Every job I have had since, I have won some type of award or recognition for being a top performer. I had a mall job in college where I won Employee of the Month 10 out of 12 months. At one job, I won Champion’s Club listing me as the top Manager out of over 300 stores.

Personal Background:

If you’re wondering how to find a realtor, if you really want to know how to find a real estate agent, look for one that connects with you. If you want to buy real estate, you need to buy a home from someone you want to do business with. I grew up in a small town in North Carolina. There were only 3,700 people in that town, but I’m proud to call it home. I moved to New York with one suitcase, and $1,500 to my name. I didn’t know anyone, didn’t have any job prospects, and wasn’t even sure where I’d live after the first month here. They say about New York, “If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere”. I have made it here. I’ve spent the last 6 years of my live being a full time actor. I wasn’t an actor/waiter, or actor/caterer, or actor/dog walker, not that there is anything wrong with a survival job. But I was a full time actor living in NYC. To achieve that goal, I had to always be hustling. That’s the same kind of hustle I will be doing for you to show you why I will be a top rated realtor in Jersey City.


I became a realtor because I purchased a home in Downtown area for $555,000 in January 2015, which appraised for $655,000 in January 2017. I recently purchased an investment property in the Heights for $307,000 which one month later, February 2017, already appraised for $325k. Although I can’t guarantee your property will see the gains I’ve done for myself, I 100% believe in my ability to find a home you will enjoy.
